          Thank you for joining the Intel Community Support.

          I understand that you are having issues scanning your system with the Intel® DSA tool. Please allow me to help you.

          In this case, I would like to know if you have used other browswers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or IE v11, which are recommended when using the Intel® DSA. Please let me know if the issue is resolved by following this step.

          Also, I would like to gather some information about your system, please run the Intel® System Support Utility. Follow these steps:

          1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system.
          https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600
          2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.
          3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer.
          4. Attach the report to this thread.

              Hello Witness,

              Thank you for your response. 

              I was wondering if you started experiencing this issue after updating your BIOS to the latest version available, 0044. If that is the case, try reverting back to the previous BIOS.

              Also, I would like to know if you tried using other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or IE v11. What is the browswer you are using?

                My browswer is Firefox. This problem existed before I updated the BIOS to 0044,I had never succeeded to use the DSA.

                  I would like to know if you were able to try using other browsers. It is recommended to check if the browser if up to date. 

                  Also, the latest version of the Intel® DSA available at our Download Center is 3.4.0.4. Is this the version you have installed in your Intel® NUC?

                      Thank you for providing the troubleshooting steps performed to resolve this issue. 

                      Please try updating to the newest version by uninstalling Intel® DSA via the Control Panel->Programs->Uninstall a Program:

                      -Click Start.
                      -Open Control Panel.
                      -Select Programs.
                      -Select Programs and Features.
                      -From the list that displays, click Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.
                      -Click Uninstall.
                      -A new window opens that offers to uninstall the program.
                      -Then, choose Intel® Computing Improvement Program and uninstall it.

                      Then reinstall directly from Download Center https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345

                      If you are still having issues, attach debug log files found at C:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA.
