I understand that you are having some issues using the Intel® DSA in Windows 10, Build 17692. Please allow me to help you.
In this case, you are using the latest preview version, Redstone 5. Since this is Beta version of Windows 10, various issues may arise. I recommend you to revert back to the latest version, build 17134, and test the performance of the tool.
