Thanks for reaching out to us.
It seems you have not loaded the ppk file into pageant. Please ensure that the below steps are followed.
1.Download the free SSH client puTTY . Get the Installer package (putty-x.yz-installer.msi).
2.If you cannot install software on your computer, download putty.exe, plink.exe and pageant.exe
3.Download the Windows access key and save it to the Downloads folder
4.Find the downloaded key in Explorer, right-click on it and choose "Load into Pageant"
If you are using stand-alone pageant.exe, add the key from the Pageant icon on the taskbar.
5.Open PuTTY and under "Host Name" enter:firstname.lastname@example.org
Then click "Open"
6.When prompted to add the server key to PuTTY's cache, choose "Yes"
7.If everything goes well, you will see "SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_6.6.1"
You can close this window, you don't need it anymore.
8.Open PuTTY again, in the sidebar go to Connection->Proxy •Under "Proxy Type", move the radio button to Local
•Under "Telnet command or local proxy command", enter:
plink email@example.com -nc %host:%port
•If you did not use the PuTTY installer package, spell out the full path to plink.exe
•Do NOT click Open or hit Enter, you are not done yet
9.In the sidebar go back to Session •Under "Host Name", enter: uXXXX@c009
•Under "Saved Sessions", enter: Intel® AI DevCloud
10.Double-click the session "Intel® AI DevCloud" to start itIf the issue still persists, please share the screenshots of Auth, Proxy and Session of puTTY configuration.
11.When asked to add the server key to PuTTY's cache, choose "Yes"
12.If all goes well, you will see a terminal prompt on your login node of the Intel® AI DevCloud
Dear Sir / Mam,
Thanks for the prompt reply.
I was able to download the putty installer and install the software as mentioned in step 1. Therefore I assume I need not explicitly download putty.exe, plink.exe and pegeant.exe.
I did not quite understand what is to be done in step 3 : 3.Download the Windows access key and save it to the Downloads folder. From where can I download the windows access key.
Kindly request you to guide me on this.
You can download the access key from the link provided in the welcome mail from Intel AI DevCloud team. Once you click on the link, you will be redirected to the instructions page where you can select 'Connect'. Under 'Connecting from windows' section, you can download the key
We checked from our end, it is working for us. Could you please check your network connectivity and try once again.
