Did you try launching the notebook through hub.colfaxresearch.com? If not then please try doing so. If yes, refresh the page and try again.
We tried creating and saving a new notebook from our end and it worked fine.
Please revert if this doesn't work out.
Multiple people at our end were able to connect the cloud successfully without replicating your error.
Can you please help me with the detail steps that how you are trying to connect the cloud.
