    IRTS (unable to revert back the process)




      After being prompted on every startup, I decided to allow IRTS to do as suggested. As a result, I have now lost my D drive. It does not show on Disk Management. It's still there on IRTS app, but inaccessible. I have no backup, tried the System Restore, did not work. I have looked through the support section for similar issues, but no clear solution was ever mentioned. Please help me as I have just bought this laptop a few days ago (a system format is a No No).
