    Blank application window after Windows 10 update

      Hi I've updated Windows 10 64bits with 1803 and all later patches. Immediately I started to have an issue with some applications Boxcryptor, Skype, Gotomeeting. These applications have just white windows. The top of the window with minimise, maximise and close are visible and working. I've updated Graphics driver to the latest and it worked for a while. Then the issue occurred again. When I reinstall driver manually with INF file it works for a while but not with Boxcryptor. Then again it doesn't work for all these applications.

      System: DELL XPS 13

      Processor: i7-5500U 2.4GHz

      System Windows 10 64bits

       

      Updated driver with 15.40.38.4963

      Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.40]

          Hello riskaone,
          I understand that you are having issues with your DELL* XPS 13 system after a Windows update.
          Based on the brief description of your issue, we noticed that as a workaround you were able to update to the latest Intel® generic graphic drivers however, not too soon after that the issue came back, right?
          The Version: 15.40.38.4963 is the latest generic drivers from Intel®, however, since you own an OEM system, the use of generic drivers is not 100% guaranteed to fix the issue, the reason why is because your computer manufacturer, Dell* in this case, have their own customized drivers that are intended to work with your system and to interact as a customized file and not like a generic driver such as the one that you downloaded.
          Researching a little bit, I was able to find the latest Intel ® Driver optimized by Dell* for your machine, released back in 29 May 2018.
          I strongly recommend you to test the driver found here as Intel HD Graphics Driver:
