A Porblem has beed detected and  windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer.

A  clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the  allocated time interval.

If this is the firs ttime you...

            ....

                KimbaWLion

I have ben getting the SAME exact errors codes, ALL 5 of them!

                I called Intel Directly!!!

You have OVER clocked memory. It does not always happen BUT all intel I7( series memory is set to run at 1066 if you go higher you run that risk of Bsods.

Go to your bios and down clock, you lose VERY little anyway.

Read this and you will feel better ! http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/memory-scaling-i7,2325.html
