I didn't find any test reports for depth precision on the Intel realsense website. May I ask about the depth precision of SR300 and 415 especially for near objects? (such as 3D face reconstruction at a distance around 20cm~60cm)?

At very close range, you may get more accuracy from an SR300 due to a difference in pixel ratios in the SR300 and the 400 Series. Though the 400 Series can have its pixel ratio adjusted.

Sorry, when I said 'pixel ratio', I meant 'depth scale'. you can read about it in the documentation section linked to below, which is also the source of the pixel scale information I quoted,
