Steps to save the report:
- Run the utility.
- Click on “Scan” to get the scanned system.
- Once the scan is complete click on “next”.
- Use the “save” option, save the report to your desktop.
- To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

Looking into your system configuration allow me to share with you that the diver available for Intel® Management Engine is the one that you have provided on the first post, in this case, for previously released versions for the driver I recommend to contact the system manufacturer to verify previous releases build for your system.
I am noticing that on your configuration you have Windows® 7 enterprises and I was looking on HP driver for your system and I noticed that the manufacturer provides drivers for Windows® 10 only, I recommend verifying with them if they have support for Windows® 7.
