Upgrading to latest firmware on SS-4200E

I am trying to upgrade to 1.1.11.32736 from 1.0.8.29352. Using Internet Explorer on Windows 7, I go to the Upgrade Devices Software page and browse to the zip file; however, after accessing the file for a few seconds I get the message The upgrade file could not be applied.

Any idea what's going on?

You'll need to extract the zip file and upload the file named "EMCNTG-1.1.11.32736.tgz"
