    Failed to initialize Direct3D.

      Hi there,

I'm running an HP Probook 430 G3 (Intel HD 520 graphics) with Windows 10 and all the latest updates. I have tried multiple graphics drivers, including the new drivers but every time to try launch an application that uses Direct3D I get the below error:

      Failed to initialize player

      Failed to initialize Direct3D.

Make sure you have at least DirectX 9.0c installed, have drivers for your

graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration

      in display settings.

      InitializeEngineGraphics failed

I've tried uninstalling the device from Device Manager as well as using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) application to remove previous versions of drivers.

Please can someone assist in terms of how I resolve this error.
