In order to troubleshoot this issue, please try the following steps:
1.Try updating to the newest version by uninstalling Intel® DSA via the Control Panel->Programs->Uninstall a Program process:
-Open Control Panel.
-Select Programs and Features.
-From the list that displays, click Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.
-A new window opens that offers to uninstall the program.
-Then, choose Intel® Computing Improvement Program and uninstall it.
2.Then, reinstall directly from Download Center https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345
I am facing exactly the same problem that dperry112 is facing. We can not install the new version, or uninstall the one on the PC: whether to install or uninstall, we are always entitled in both cases to a pop-up requesting the location of the file "w_sur_p_2.1.03413_sursvc. qh.msi ", which is not present on the PC (search performed, no occurrences found).
The solution given above is therefore not viable and does not solve the problem encountered.
During my research on the net before coming here to expose the problem, I saw that this bug was also present in previous versions of the DSA.
The solution was to download a file "w_sur_p_2.1.xxxxx_sursvc.qh.msi" (older version, so the build number w_sur_p_2.1.03413_sursvc.qh.msi is older), and to launch it with the help of CMD in administrator mode.
So would not it be easier to directly provide us with a download link to this famous file "w_sur_p_2.1.03413_sursvc.qh.msi"?

Thank you for the information provided.
I will investigate this issue further. I will get back to you as soon as I have any update.
Thank you for your feedback; it is highly appreciated.
After doing some research, our recommendation is to continue installing drivers manually from our Download Center or from your computer manufacturer's website.
For further assistance regarding these error messages from the Intel® DSA, please keep checking our Download Center for future releases.
