I have a Dell that was configured with VISTA. I have since upgraded to windows 7.
The unit came with INTEL PROSet/Wireless Wifi Driver 12.004000. I am trying to remove/Unistall the software and I get the message "This installation is not supported on this operating system version. The setup will exit. The Control Panel /Program and features will not allow me to change or repair and does not give me the option to remove.
I have downloaded the ICS-s64 software and the ICS-D64 software. I actually have updated the driver, but the Intel PROSet Wifi control software will not install.
Is there a process to force the removal of the INTEL PROSet/Wireless Wifi Driver 12.004000?
