100 % cpu and cpu fan and bios shows 100 degrees C
Happens only when i start pc, from second 1 i push the turn on button and stays like that until i shut down pc. If i turn on again dosent happen again but next morning when i turn on, starts again.
i didnt find anything on internet, anyone know something?
intel i5 7400 and gigabyte b250 d3sh
windows 8.1 x64 updated
reseted bios but nothing

Please make sure that nothing is obstructing the fans or heatsink. Furthermore, please run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool the first time you turn on your PC and run it again after restarting it. Also, is the frequency of this processor modified? Additionally, can you please provide me with the model of your heatsink?

Im gonna test in weekend when i have free time. Bios has default settings, only modification is fast boot to ultra from disabled.
Fan is the default one from intel box and nothing is blocking him.
Edit: also the processor is 100 % but in task manager no process is keeping him at 100%. Strange.

I tried but says is permanent update. I dont have option to uninstall.
