I GET A BLUE SCREEN code 0x0000003B "MULTIPROCESSOR CONFIGURATION NOT SUPPORTED"
Dual cpu works great when I boot in xp pro, but get the blue screen when I boot into win7. Set Up Utility recognizes both processors. what can I do to fix it.

Are you able to boot in safe mode for win 7?
if so run msconfig > Boot tab > Advanced options > set Number of processors to 2.
if that doesn't work set Number of processors to 1 and boot as normal to update the Chipset Software and any hardware updates by windows that might let you run 2 processors.

That was great!! I removed the chip ran windows 7 and changed the configuration in msconfig for 2 processors. Restarted with the new chip and VOILA!
