    NUC6i5SYH and NUC6i5SYK Windows 8.1 Intel ME driver

      Hi Intel, I'm asking about the Windows 8.1 version of the Intel Management Engine driver for the NUC's : NUC6i5SYH and NUC6i5SYK

       

      The latest version (11.8.50.3460) of the Intel Management Engine driver states on the left of the screen that it is only for Win 10.  But the description of the software in the main text says it's for Win 10 and Win 8.1 :

      When you go to the main drivers page for these NUCs and select the OS as Win 8.1, it does not show ANY Intel Mgmt Engine Drivers at all :

      So either :

      1) That latest version of the Intel ME driver does support Win8.1 as per the description, but your software catalog is wrong and it should be changed so that it shows up in the Windows 8.1 page.      -OR-

      2) That latest version on the Intel ME driver does NOT support Win8.1, and your software catalog is correct - but in this case, there is now NO version of the Intel ME driver for Win 8.1 since you did the last BIOS update for Spectre/Meltdown.

       

      Can you please investigate and either :

      1) fix the catalogue so that the Win8.1 drivers show the latest ME driver there       -OR-

      2) clarify what we should do about the Intel ME driver for Win 8.1 for fresh installs ??   (will Windows update install it ??)
