    Isssue with iai2c.sys causing BSOD

    longrainbowdragon

      I have a Lenovo Miix320 that is periodically giving a BSOD I have looked at the Memory dump and have found this information

      BugCheck DEADDEAE, {0, 0, 0, 0}

      Probably caused by : iai2c.sys ( iai2c!AcquireMbiSemaphoreLock+21f )

      iai2c.sys.png

      I think that this might be an old driver since it's from 2016,

      I have run this tool

      https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html?redirector_count=1

      and it says that I am up to date on all drivers.

      Also, all Microsoft Updates have been completed.

      Can you confirm if this is, in fact, the latest drivers for iai2c.sys?

      Also, do you have any information on what the bug check code DEADDEAE means, I search around and haven't been able to come up with anything?

      Thank in advance

      Michael
