Windows Not Reconizing OVERCLOCK help please!

hi this is sages and i ran into truble with windows 7 ultimate 64 bit i overclocked my fsb to 2000mhz and my intel core 2 duo e8400 to 4.0 that 500 x8.0 cpu multiplier and i need help it recodnizes it as 2.66ghz i dont know why mayby the driver signing or just the windows exp rating is wrong and i need to fix it any ideas about this issue

Where are you reading it form within BIOS? What does CPUz say?

cpuz says the fsb rating it 1999.9 / 2000 mhz and the cpu at max val is 4ghz
