Who knows about Intel RealSense D435 screw size?

The mechanical drawing for the D435 just gives the details of its M3 type screws with 3 mm depth.

Someone has asked about this screw before for the tripod mounting point. I tried searching for the discussion when researching my original reply to you but couldn't find the right keywords to locate it. I just remembered though that the magic words were 'standard thread'.

I came looking for the size of the screws on the back so thanks for that. The bottom screw for tripod is 1/4-20. That's standard camera mount screw.

Yes, Intel themselves have used different tripods with the 400 Series than the one supplied with the camera. In their camera custom calibration guide, they say "Any medium sized tripod should be sufficient ... we used a Manfrotto Compact Light Aluminum Tripod with ball head"
