Graphic issue OpenGL L655-S5150

I am using a 3D software and have an issue with part of it not working, I contact the support team of the software (uses OpenGL V 2.1) and they determined (by providing me with an OpenGL driver that used stacking (not good on systems)) it was on my end, an OpenGL driver for my intel graphic, I have used Intel driver utility and have the most current version of driver, that the utility provides is there an OpenGL driver that I can use or get.

I have more info on my system but do not know how to attach a text doc here.

Thank you in advance

Ok, this is your processor:

It is 8 years old and supports Intel HD Graphics (for previous generations).

Here, we can see the features supported by your processor graphics. Click and Look under "previous Generatiobns":

You will see that you have OpenGL 2.1.

And here, you can find the latest driver for your graphics for Windows 7:

There is not much more I can tell you.

Thank you , I have ran the Intel program that detects and installs the most current drivers.

Is there no way to find an OpenGL.dll that will be more current than the driver I have.

Thank you in advance

Hello Regulus,

The information provided by Al Hill is accurate. If you have the latest graphics driver installed in your system, it means that you have the latest openGL.dll file supported by your system.

Please allow me to confirm that by getting more information about your system. Please scan it using the Intel® System Support Utility. Follow the steps below:

1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600

2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.

3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer.

4. Attach the report to this thread.
