      Hello

      I have a notebook ASUS S400CA-CA 148H

      I am unable to install intel rst software, the message that appears to me is "platform is not supported"

      Some ideas? Advices?

            Is not compatible?

            That is strange.

            I particulary bought this computer because it has the ssd integrated, it was build in this manner to use the ssd for cache memory, I didn't made any changes.

            If it is so, I will make a comlpain and return it to ASUS.

              Allow me to share with you that the Intel® RSTe (Enterprise) is a software mainly design for server boards; on your laptop system you could try to install Intel® RS, in order to help you better, I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have on the computer.  Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
              Steps to save the report:

              1.  Run the utility.
              2. Click on “Scan” to get the scanned system.
              3. 3Once the scan is complete click on “next”.
              4. Use the “save” option, save the report to your desktop.
              5. To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

                  Allow me to share with you that Intel® RST drivers for your combination of hardware/software on not available, looking further on to your case and for possible driver available from the system manufacturer is you case ASUS* I was not able to find any diver on their website.

                  I will recommend contacting the manufacturer to verify the support for Intel® RST.
