I understand that you are currently experiencing boot problems with your system.
Regarding this, if you need the drivers from Intel ® Rapid Storage you need to have a working system that boots so it can be installed. In this case the recommendation is to re-install the operating system and see if the system boots after doing so. It is also recommended to contact the OEM (manufacturer) for help with the re-installation, some systems come with a recovery partition that can be used.
