Thank you for posting in Wired Communities. We do have two versions of I350-T4 server adapter, the previous version is I350-T4 which was discontinued, the current version is I350-T4V2 (https://ark.intel.com/products/84805/Intel-Ethernet-Server-Adapter-I350-T4V2) which have the AUX power component changes, this help to decrease the in-rush current during power supply start-up. However the product functionality does not change. You may refer to the Product change notification for more detail https://qdms.intel.com/dm/i.aspx/B3EAA66A-ED91-4822.../PCN113232-01.pdf
If you are installing retail Intel I350-T4 network adapter, you can use the driver available from our driver download site at
For OEM onboard NIC, we provide our driver to the board vendor and they are the one to customized the driver and post their driver on their website. With regards why the driver is not available from Dell* support this would be best answer by Dell support, we do not have control which driver version available on their website and please contact Dell to check if you can download drive from iDRAC.
Hope the above information help.
Can you share the part number of "Intel(R) Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4" NICs and "Intel(R) Gigabit 4P I350-t Adapter" for us to identify your NIC? You may refer to this link to provide the device ID. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005612/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products.html
Since this is an ESXi host, I had to adjust the command.
The second column has the vendor ID and the device ID.

vmnic4 through vmnic7 are ports on the Intel(R) Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4 adapter.
the rest of them are ports on Intel(R) GbE 4P I350-t Adapters
Please see the attached image. I can certainly reach out to Dell if you think that's the next step for me but this is mostly all the information I have.

Thank you for providing the information. If you are referring to 18.3.6 at this website https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=WWPJK
then this is applicable to the Dell OEM NIC version, not applicable to Intel retail I350 version.
t For Vmware driver for Intel network adapter, please refer to our website here for reference, the Vmware OS Vendor is the one to provide the driver and you may double check with them if needed.
I manage to check on Vmware site and found the driver for I350 in Vmware, please check if this is the driver you need
if not, you may try to search on Vmware site following the instruction in the website.
Please feel free to update me.
