Intel(R) Gigabit 4P I350-t vs. Intel(R) Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4.  Why does it appear to require different drivers for the same chip?

I'm working on re-deploying some management ESXi hosts in our VMware environment and I was noticing that the 18.3.6 driver does not apply to the "Intel(R) Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4" NICs that we have installed.  Instead we're seeing the 18.3.6 driver being applied to the "Intel(R) Gigabit 4P I350-t Adapter" NICs.  I'm not seeing any newer drivers available from Dell to download for this R720.  My question is if the "Intel(R) Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4" is an updated or newer model NIC compared to the "Intel(R) Gigabit 4P I350-t Adapter" NIC and if that's the case (which I'm assuming is the case) then why is the driver not available from Dell's support site and is there a driver that I can install from the iDRAC utility for these NICs?

      Thanks
