Thank you for your contacting us regarding you’re the issues that you have been experiencing with your Dell Latitude 5480 OEM laptop (drivers), it will be more than a pleasure to assist you.
In this case, please give it a try to the latest Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows (Generic 15.65.5.4982) for the Intel® HD Graphics 620 controller.

In order to bypass the OEM system, please go ahead a follow these steps in order to install the drivers without any issue:
