To address your issue correctly, I installed the latest Intel® Driver & Support Assistant version and got the latest driver version available and installed version correctly. (Picture attached)
It is worth mentioning that the Intel® HD Graphics 520 use the same graphics controller and similar driver.
If possible, please use other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or IE v11.
Also, I would like to gather basic information to make sure your system supports this technology. Please scan your system using the DxDiag tool. Follow the steps below:
1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.
2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.
3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).
4. Attach the report to this thread.

It is great to hear that you were able to install the latest version of the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.
-Are you getting any error message when trying to update the Intel® HD Graphics driver? There is also a known error message that you can review here:
-Did you try using other browsers besides the default browser installed in your computer?
If possible, you can attach a picture that may shed light on this issue.
