There are SpectreA, SpectreB and Meltdown. SpectreA and Meltdown are corrections provided by the operating system. SpectreB is a microcode fix that is released to the motherboard manufacturers, which they use to create a bios update. You must get the bios update from your board manufacturer, and you may have to wait for that to happen.
At least, that is how I understand it.
By the way, I have an i7-4771 and Intel motherboard with W10 Pro, and I am still waiting. While some intel boards do have a new bios, I have to wait until my particular board/bios is addressed.
Patience is key.
