I'm outside the return period from Walmart where I bought it by two weeks. Can Intel help or do I do a chargeback to my CC? Thanks.
If it is not as advertised, take it back.
Also,did you update your bios? What motherboard do you have? Do you know for certain that it supports the i7-8700k?
If they won't take it back, you can always do an RMA through Intel.
