    ddr3 1333 & P45...possible or not?

guys, today I read this thing here
Supports dual channel DDR3 memory bandwidth up to 17 GB / s ( DDR3 1066 dual 8.5 GB / s) and 8 GB maximum supported memory for faster response times and system support for 64-bit computing.
but then if I buy the ddr3 1333 and a mother board P45, P45 probably will not recognize the ram, or they work up to 1066 maximum?
in this case for the DDR3-1333 - it is better to focus directly on X38 chipset 1333 or X48 chipset 1600MHz?
the greater or lesser bandwidth can also be a factor of greater or lesser compatibility?
      thanks max
