Allow me to share with you that the only drivers or updates we can provide are the Graphics drivers for your processor. If these BSODs began after the installation of the 1709 Windows® 10 updates I would highly recommend you to get in touch with Microsoft® directly. Furthermore, please update the BIOS and Chipset drivers, you can get these updates from DELL™ Support. Additionally, please make sure that all your system components are compatible with your current OS.
