Intel Driver and Support Assistant is telling me that the current version is 20.30.0 and i have installed 220.127.116.11
After pressing Download (and install) the Intel PROSet/Wireless Software installer is asking me "Are you sure the you want to update from version 20.30.0 to version 20.30.0?"
This does not make sense to me.
This is a bug in the IDSA tool. It is comparing driver version numbers against package version numbers and this will always result in it thinking that the package needs to be installed. They are working on a fix for this issue. In the meantime, when you see it asking to update a package that you think is already installed, just ignore the request.
