For 802.11k support, you simply need to be in Windows® 10 and use the latest drivers. There is no additional configuration required on our side, but it does need to be supported by the AP.
You're currently using an older version of the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers. We can recommend updating to the latest release (20.40.0) as there have been some roaming fixes implemented.
- Download the Latest Driver for Your Intel® Wireless Adapter
We can also see that you have wireless mode locked to 802.11a, which does limit your adapter to 5 GHz band only, but it also limits your connection rate to 54 Gbps.
For 802.11ac connectivity, we recommend keeping the default Wireless Mode setting.

- Wi-Fi Roaming Aggressiveness
If you continue having issues, you may want to reach out to your access point's support channels.
