We're on a closed network and have installed Intel Parallel Studio XE 2017 for FORTRAN on a machine that has been moved to our network.
Visual Studio Community 2015 reports "Your evaluation period has ended. Please sign in to unlock product."
We can't sign in because we aren't on the internet. The other machine can still run Visual Studio. What is going on here?
