    How can you get the online warranty "Request support for selected product." to work.


      How can you get the online warranty support to work.  For three days I have been trying to get online support to work. My i7 processor is giving me a blue screen, and how I know is because when I replace it with my i3 everything works fine.   I go to the:

      What product or service do you need support for?

      Enter questions 1 thru 3., and the system tells me its a boxed product that is under warranty until July 10, 2020>

      ATPO Serial Number:




      Estimated Warranty Expiration:


      July 10, 2020


      Next option is  link "Request support for selected product."  And, when I hit this link warranty support the pages just spins like its processing, but does nothing and hangs for hours.  How do I know I have tried it three days straight and in one instance I kept the page and computer up to see how long it would spin and after over an hour i just closed it.
