N.Scott.Pearson Mar 18, 2018 10:08 PM (in response to RoeckeWilli)There are a number of issues that can result in the same general symptoms. Some of these are recoverable (or will be with a BIOS update) and some are not. You need to tell us more about your system. What memory do you have installed? What peripherals do you have installed both internally and externally? [Note: provide full and proper part numbers; do not generalize]

RoeckeWilli Mar 19, 2018 9:32 AM (in response to N.Scott.Pearson)Hello,
I just have the stock as delivered hardware installed
- 2GByte SODIMM
- 32GByte eMMC drive.
This unit was powering up before. It had been powered off for a month or so.
Do I need to open up the unit to get SODIMM and eMMC drive information?
