Hello, greetings, 5 days ago I asked for the warranty for my processor that does not start and I already did the necessary tests discarding ram, power supply, motherboard, etc. and only worked putting a new G3900 processor, and I sent the information to the support, the agent in charge told me everything was fine, that in the next hour they would send me an email with all the information to process the RMA and be able to send it my defective processor, but that was 3 days ago and still nothing arrives to the mail, is it normal to delay? this is the ticket 03331169 and it appears in process, it is my first time requesting RMA.

I would appreciate if you help me with this doubt.

We cannot help you. You need to work with the warranty folks who gave you the ticket number.

Hello Aldair_Villarroel,

I apologize for this inconvenience.

Please contact the Intel Customer Support for further investigation. It seems you may experience a delay receiving the email about the warranty case due to a system issue.

Regards,

Wanner G.
