I understand that you are not being able to download the drivers using the Intel ® Driver & Support Assistant.
Regarding this, in order to better assist you I will need more information about your computer, Please follow these steps:
1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.
2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.
3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).
4. Attach the report to this thread.
Also, I would like to know what driver you are trying to update so I can see if there is a way to download it and install it manually for the time being.
