I understand that your Intel ® Unite web portal is loading really slow and takes up to 2 minutes to load the admin portal.
Since you mention that the webpages are not accessible then it could be related to a network issue, however before jumping into that conclusion I will need to know the version of Intel ® Unite that you are running. Is it the enterprise or the stand alone?
Also, please provide us with the model of the clients, server and hub.
