You mention the following: “I was unable to install the above SSD”. Although, the description above reads: “Installation of 256GB 2.5” SSD”, could you please provide further details regarding the specific Intel® SSD that you are trying to install.
Have you successfully installed another SSD in that specific laptop? Have you tested that specific SSD in another system just to make sure that the SSD is working as expected?
