    Intel® Treiber- und Support-Assistent Kein Download

      Ich habe einen NUC 6i5SYH.

      Ich überprüfe regelmässig mit dem Treiber Assistenten die Aktualiät der Treiber. Heute werden mir 3 Updates gemeldet. Wenn ich die herunterladen will, kommt die Fehlermeldung: Download fehlgeschlagen.

      Was muss ich tun?

      Betriebssystem win 10 Home auf dem neusten Update Standf.

          Hello GustavGans, 

          Thank you for contacting Intel Communities Support.

          To troubleshoot your Intel NUC, manually download the driver from the Download Center. Please follow the instructions below:

          1. Download the ZIP version of the Intel® Graphics Driver here.
          2. Unzip the file to a designated location or folder.
          3. Open Device Manager
          4. Click Yes when prompted for permission from User Account Control.
          5. Expand the Display adapters section.
          6. Right-click the Intel® graphics entry and select Update Driver Software.
          7. Click Browse my computer for driver software.
          8. Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
          9. Click Have Disk. Click Browse and access the directory where the driver files are found.
          10. Access a folder called Graphics. Select the file called igdlh64 or igdlh.
          11. Click Open, then click OK, and finally click Next.  Drivers are now being installed.
          12. Restart your computer.

          Please let me know whether the steps described above resolve the issue.
