Can i dedicate more video memory on an older graphics card? If yes, how ?

I have a really old Intel(R) Q45/Q43 Express Chipset and it sais that even though i have 765 MB of available graphics memory, both dedicated video memory and system video memory only have 32 MB each (https://imgur.com/a/Id5zC Imgur: The magic of the Internet). I was wondering if you can give it more than that, and if yes, how?

What operating system? If Windows 10, sorry, but the q45/q43 is not supported.

If not windows 10, then it is time to get off of life support and get a new(er) system.
