with ref to now locked thread Black screen marantz nr1603 with NUC7i5BNH
just an update that I was trying a 5.1 audio splitter to get around the fact that my NUC didnt like my Marantz amp, just thought I would connect it direct to see if it worked and IT DID!
Woohoo, must have been a sneaky BIOS update or gfx driver improvement and now it works perfectly with my receiver; 5.1 Dolby sound n all. Wow I wasn't expecting that!

I understand that your Black screen issue has been resolved.
I am really glad to know that your unit is now working properly, now, regarding the other issue, I would recommend you to follow it as it is still being worked on.
