Hi, I am facing an issue with my Devcloud. Whenever I am trying to source activate the environment or run a job, it says

-bash: cannot create temp file for here-document: No space left on device

What seem to be the problem. I could not run anything.

          Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Kindly provide the below information for further troubleshooting

          1. Are you running the job in login node or compute node?
          2. Please share the result for the below command
          df -h
          free -g
          3. Please use the qsub -I to submit the job for execution

Login node is intended only for code development and compilation, but not for computation. This is because it does not have much compute power, and additionally, there are limitations on CPU time and RAM usage on the login node. User workload will be killed automatically, if it exceeds the limit.

          Thanks,
          Dilraj
