Jak całkowicie wyłączyć synchronizację pionową i naprawić skalowanie ?

Witam.

W panelu sterowniczym grafiki hd intel nie mam opcji by całkowicie wyłączyc synchronizację pionową.

W screenie pokaże wam jak wygląda zakładka 3D w panelu intel.

Hello, NeosiK.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reach the Intel® Communities Team.

I understand you are facing some issues to disable the vertical synchronization and there is a limitation of 60fps on CSGO™ and some other games. Allow me to help you regarding this issue you are facing.

In this case, for me to perform a deeper research regarding your case, I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have on the computer. Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

In addition, I would like to have a Graphics Report. Please generate the report by following this guide and attach the results: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005848.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005848.html

Hello, NeosiK.

Thank you very much for your reply and the information provided.

In this case, we can try to fix this problem by following this method:

Download the latest Intel® HD graphics drivers by clicking https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27267/a08/win64_154037.4835.zip here. Then to complete the installation, please follow this guide: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629.html

Please be aware that the driver I am sharing with you is a generic driver from Intel® and some features of it might not be available for your machine, we always recommend verifying if there is any update with the manufacturer of the computer. Nevertheless, we can try to perform this troubleshooting step.

Once the drivers are installed, on your desktop, please press CTRL+ALT+F8 in order to set the graphics settings back to default.

Please verify if you are able to set the resolution you are looking for.

Additionally, in order to enable or disable the Vsynch, here you have a guide that you can follow in order to achieve so: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005552/graphics-drivers.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005552/graphics-drivers.html

I can not install the driver because he writes that I have a newer one. But there are some older versions, probably to be installed, I will send in the screenshot.

Like if what, I have an integrated graphics card and there is no driver for it on the intel site.

I do not have these options to disable vsync in the intel hd graphic control panel. I only have what I sent in the screenshot .

I guess this vsync can not be turned off.

Hello, NeosiK.

Thank you very much for your reply.

In this case, in order to complete the installation of the drivers, please uninstall the current graphics drivers installed on your machine using the following steps:1. Start Control Panel, click Hardware and Sound, and then click Device Manager.

2. Expand "Display Adapter", right-click the Intel Graphics entry, and click Uninstall.

3. On Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the Intel HD Graphics driver then click OK to start the uninstall process.

4. When the uninstall process is complete, disconnect your computer from the internet and make sure it will not auto connect when reboot. Restart your system.

Repeat this step until the Device manager shows in the Display Adapter section the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter then, complete the installation following the steps of the https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html guide mentioned in the post above.

For the VSync issue, allow me to share these steps:1- Open the Intel® HD Graphics properties.

2- Click on 3D

3- On the General Settings section, select Custom Settings.

4- Then, a section named Vertical Sync might be visible now, over there please select application setting.

5- Click on Apply

6- Restart if prompted

This will let you enable or disable the Vsync in game.

Please let me know the results.

Hello, NeosiK.

It is really good to hear that your Vsync issue is fixed now.

I am terribly sorry you have this flashing stripes issue now, let me help you with that. Please verify that the settings on your CSGO™ are the recommended for your system. You can double check the recommended settings using the following link: https://gameplay.intel.com/en-us/CPUAndGameSelected/Index/81016/642078/0 https://gameplay.intel.com/en-us/CPUAndGameSelected/Index/81016/642078/0

Then, try installing your system manufacturer graphic drivers. Please download the drivers by clicking http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72369.exe here, then just run the .exe file.

Thank You very much for your help. So yes, I have a good and bad news, in the beginning I will say good. When you turn on the vertical sync option, flashing bars disappear! And the bad news is that, as I mentioned, I do not want to have a 60 fps restriction and, in addition, have a delayed crosshair. Maybe I need to reinstall the game? We already know what the problem is, so it will be easier. In the intel graphic panel, I do not have the option of completely disabling vsync. It has to a somehow to bite with each other and bug that's why these flashing stripes appear, as it was seen in the previous video in the video, after pressing the button (F2) to reduce or increase the brightness of the screen, the bars temporarily disappeared. I'm sorry if I talk nonsense, but I do bit not know about it. And as for this SP72369 program, I am posting the screen with incompatibility. I did as you asked me, I launch an exe file. Maybe I try to uninstalling previous driver what I have and installing this. But I do not know if it is compatible with my graphics card and safe to install if it appeared up such a message that it is incompatible.

I really sorry for the difficulties

I am very grateful to You that you are helping me, you are really nice

Hello, NeosiK.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply.

I really apologize for this inconveniences you are facing at this point. Allow me to explain to you that the Intel® HD Graphics properties will only allow you to always enable the Vsync or let the Vsync being enabled or disabled from the game settings.

Now, I would like to double check something with a simple test: connect your system to an external monitor and duplicate the display. Then, open the game with the Vsync activated and open the game with the Vsync disabled and let me know what happens. I would like to verify if the same flashing bars are shown on the other monitor as well.

I have recorded this game, and surprisingly, Can't be seen flashing stripesstrange.

I hooked up the laptop by HDMI to the TV. The results in the film below.

I do not have second monitor. If anything I have second laptop. I do not know how to make the screen on the 2nd laptop display differently than by HDMI. Do I just have to connect using HDMI?.

If nothing could be done, there are still graphic drivers to change. Maybe there are other, graphics drivers that also match my graphics card. Those that there are available however after unchecking the option "Show compatible hardware", I will also show the list on the video below. 😕

Thank you for a very fast reply.

I wrote yesterday, but they do not write back and I think that we will have to wait a long time for an answer. I typed my laptop serial number out there in all the help and did not find my equipment. I have a Hewlett Packard (HP) laptop. I went to the HP website and found the products there. I also found help in googles and there was a need to change the system compatibility and run as an administrator, but it did not help. But I saw there option to select "Enable full-screen optimizations", I thought, "that might help" and it helped!, Already I do not have any flashing stripes . Everything repaired.I show you in the screenshot below, which was enough to make the flashing stripes disappear.

Thank you very much for all the help, I could not give advice without you. I am really grateful to you. In case of other problems, I will write to you

Thank you again Antony S. !

See you
