We understand you're unable to detect any 5 GHz network with your computer using the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260.
In order to investigate could you please share a report generated using the Intel® System Support Utility?
1. Download the latest Intel® SSU.
2. While connected to your available WiFi network, select to scan for "everything."
3. Name and save the report, attach it to your response.

We can see that you have the latest Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software installed (version 20.30.1), however, the driver version in use for your adapter is outdated.
The 20.30.1 PROSet/Wireless Software includes driver version 18.104.22.168 for the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260. The SSU report you shared shows that you're using driver 22.214.171.124.
In this case the first thing we'd like to suggest is a clean driver installation:
1. Download the latest drivers for your adapter:
1. WiFi: Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers
2. BT: Intel® Wireless Bluetooth®
2. Under Programs and Features in the Control Panel, or Apps & Features in Windows* Settings, uninstall any instance of the "Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software." When prompted, choose to "discard settings."
3. Go to the Device Manager > Network Adapters > Right click on your Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 and uninstall it. Make sure to mark the option to "Delete the driver software for this device."
4. Clear out your temporary files: Press the Windows* Key + R to open the run box. Type Cleanmgr.exe and press OK. Here you will need to make sure Temporary Files are checked, you may uncheck everything else, then press OK.
5. Reboot your computer.
6. Install the drivers downloaded back in step one.
