Thank you very much for sharing your issue with the Intel® Communities Team.
I understand you are having some problems setting the 2560x1080 resolution for your second monitor. Allow me to help you regarding this issue you are facing.
For me to perform a deeper research regarding this issue, I would like to know what is the model of the second monitor you are connecting your system to and the resolution set on it currently. Additionally, in order to achieve the connection to the other monitor, are you using any type of dongle?
Also, have you try using the graphics drivers provided by your system manufacturer? Please find the download link below:
Thanks for your answer. I will try to install the Lenovo driver that you mention to me. This I had done before, but I had the problem that every time I connected the HDMI, Windows 10 gave me a blue screen error (BSOD) and my PC restarted.
Finally install the last driver that came up and now works with the problem that I do not take the second screen. The second screen is LG Ultrawide - model 29UM57. I only connect it to the HDMI of the pc, I do not use another extra accessory.
I await your response. regards
Good morning Antony,
I tried to install the driver you gave me. This driver is older than the one installed. However, install it in the same way.
Unfortunately, it did not work. I do not fix the resolution and I make things worse because after using this driver, Windows gave me a blue screen error (BSOD).
So I went back to the initial controller, but I still can not solve the problem of the resolution of the screen. Although the Intel tool tells me that the resolution of 2560x1080 is supported.
I attached some images.
I await your comments.
Thank you. regards

Please let me know the results.
Good evening Antony,
Thanks again for your contact.
I already installed that driver and it does not work. The people at Microsoft tell me that I should contact you.
Bios is the latest version I really do not know how to solve this.
Please how can you help me to solve this? I can not use my screen.
I wait for your servants.
Thank you very much for your reply and the information provided.
Let's try it in this way:
First, verify the Ratio settings set on your monitor as the user's manual of the display shows: http://file:///C:/Users/salazaan/Downloads/ENG_US.pdf
If this does not allow you to set the proper resolution, on your desktop, please press CTRL+ALT+F8 to restore the graphics settings back to default.
If this does not work, then set a Custom resolution in the Intel® HD Graphics properties by clicking on Display > Custom Resolutions and then type the resolution that you are looking for
Please let me know the results.
Thank you so much for your answer. This row really preoccupies me since I can not work comfortably.
