I have some problem to enable IMDT on my server system

Our company have server system using Intel xeon platinum 8160 processer.

And, I want to enable IMDT software on this system.

but, I met some error code when IMDT initial phase.

The error code is ERROR 50769:4384:1

I installed IMDT software on my USB and boot using USB.

Somebody help me...?

As we understand you installed intel® MDT on your company server, but during the setup you got an error 50769:4384:1.

We will be more than glad to assist you with the error that you are experiencing, please provide us with the following information so we can further investigate:

-OS:

 

-Motherboard:

 

-Amount of RAM:

 

-What is the brand and model of the SSDs that you are using?

 

-Additionally we will require the IMDT serial number, but please let us know if we can contact you by email to get this confidential data.

Please provide us with a picture of the error that you are experiencing

-OS: Cent OS 7.4.1708 Linux 3.10.0-693.17.1.el7 x86_64

-Amount of RAM: 384GB

-What is the brand and model of the SSDs that you are using? : Intel P4800X

After I connect ethernet at system, the error number has changed.

the new error number is as below.

Error 50769:4445:1

And after I update to IMDT software version to 8.5.1955.37,

the error number has changed to 50769:4387:1

I found specific SSD was the problem.

When I remove that SSD, It works well.

The Fail SSD did not working on IMDT but, works well on block device mode.

Could you give me a guess as to why??
