Thank you for contacting us regarding OpenCL questions that you shared through our Intel community’s forums.
After reading your case we performed further research about your inquiry and we found that according to the release notes of the latest drivers 188.8.131.5244 released on 2/13/2018 OpenCL (2.1) is fully supported on UHD Graphics 630 and HD630.
To find more about it please feel free to check this link and look the third page of the release notes:
I strongly recommend you to get in touch with the developer of your utility (tech power up and GPU caps viewer) in order to check if they have some sort of update or patch for their utility.
Hope this helps
Hello everybody, I think this topic looks like gold standard for Intel tech-support.
User: I have a problem, OpenCL in new driver broken.
Support: After hours long research we found release notes and it says your HD 630 has OpenCL support. Just look it your self! Go with your problem to GPU-Z and GPU Caps Viewer developers! Wait for update the programs! (on pic already latest versions of programs)
I guess all these people should go to devs of utilities.
No, Intel. GPU-Z and GPU Caps Viewer devs not gonna fix your driver.
Feels bad man.
The answer from Diego is a joke, performed further research lol. After 3 minutes of research I can confirm that there is no OpenCL support on a HD 630 with this driver.
