Thank you for contacting us regarding OpenCL questions that you shared through our Intel community’s forums.
After reading your case we performed further research about your inquiry and we found that according to the release notes of the latest drivers 22.214.171.12444 released on 2/13/2018 OpenCL (2.1) is fully supported on UHD Graphics 630 and HD630.
To find more about it please feel free to check this link and look the third page of the release notes:
I strongly recommend you to get in touch with the developer of your utility (tech power up and GPU caps viewer) in order to check if they have some sort of update or patch for their utility.
Hope this helps
Hello everybody, I think this topic looks like gold standard for Intel tech-support.
User: I have a problem, OpenCL in new driver broken.
Support: After hours long research we found release notes and it says your HD 630 has OpenCL support. Just look it your self! Go with your problem to GPU-Z and GPU Caps Viewer developers! Wait for update the programs! (on pic already latest versions of programs)
I guess all these people should go to devs of utilities.
No, Intel. GPU-Z and GPU Caps Viewer devs not gonna fix your driver.
Feels bad man.

Thank you for your patience regarding this case, we just received an update about the issue that you reported about OpenCL from our developing team.
Basically they are aware of it. They are tracking this issue and all updates will be posted on the thread below:
In this case they did not provide any ETA for it, so we will ask you to please wait and keep an eye on the mentioned thread and on the download center for the new driver release.
In order to avoid duplicated threads and to unify the issue, you can post your issue there, since all the relevant information regarding the drivers will be available on that thread.
Please let us know if we can close this ticket so you can post your issue there or if you wish to continue with this one, however as I shared before all the relevant information will be posted on the main thread.
I hope to hear from you soon.
