    ifort license expired after reboot

Machine running CentOS 7 was reconfigured for VLANs (but primary network interface did not change), and rebooted.  Now I'm getting this license expiration error.  Do I need to re-apply to get a new license file? I am new to ifort and just took over this machine.  Here is the error message:

Error: Product support for your (Comp-FL) license has expired.
