I understand you are facing some issues with the Intel® Graphics controller of your Intel® Celeron® processor. Allow me to help you regarding this issue you are facing and please accept my apologies for any type of inconvenience this might cause to you.
There is a new drivers version for your processor, can you install it on your system?

Then, in order to complete the installation of the drivers please follow the steps of the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629.html
Please be aware that the driver I am sharing with you is a generic driver from Intel® and some features of it might not be available for your machine nevertheless, we can try to perform this troubleshooting step.
