Intel HD Graphics Still Not Working

I recently asked this question before but still haven't gotten a solution which is annoying because right now I cannot change my brightness or use an external display, or even use a feature as basic as sleep. I have a Celeron N2840 in a Lenovo Flex 3-1120, running the latest graphics driver on the Windows 10 Fall Creators update, and the driver won't even start. I am forced to use the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter otherwise my laptop won't boot, even if I left it for 24 hours running. I would request a solution for this, as I have waited more than 3 months and even though there was an update in January, it doesn't work.

Hello, OmarioTime.

Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Communities Team.

I understand you are facing some issues with the Intel® Graphics controller of your Intel® Celeron® processor. Allow me to help you regarding this issue you are facing and please accept my apologies for any type of inconvenience this might cause to you.

There is a new drivers version for your processor, can you install it on your system?

Please find the download link here: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27417/a08/win64_15.33.46.4885.zip https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27417/a08/win64_15.33.46.4885.zip

Then, in order to complete the installation of the drivers please follow the steps of the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629.html

Please be aware that the driver I am sharing with you is a generic driver from Intel® and some features of it might not be available for your machine nevertheless, we can try to perform this troubleshooting step.

If this does not solve the problem, I will highly recommend installing the drivers that your system manufacturer provides. Please find the download link below:
